2. Custom Software Development Services

  • Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are generally not available once the development process has started. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services or if there are significant issues that cannot be resolved.

3. Subscription-Based Services

  • For subscription-based services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. After this period, refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Non-Refundable Services

1. Completed Services

  • Services that have been completed and delivered are not eligible for a refund. This includes but is not limited to completed development projects, design work, and consulting services.

2. Partial Services

  • Partial refunds for services that are in progress will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of work completed and the reasons for the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

1. Project-Based Services

  • For project-based services, you may cancel your project at any time. If you cancel before the project has started, you will receive a full refund. If the project has already begun, we will charge you for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

2. Subscription-Based Services

  • You may cancel subscription-based services at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period are not available.
